Er zijn maar weinig klanten die kunnen opsommen wat je bij ons allemaal kan vinden.\u201d De retailer herbekijkt daarom de indeling van zijn 25.000&nbsp;producten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat doet de keten door het online zoekgedrag van klanten te analyseren: \u201cWelke nood probeert de klant te vervullen en hoe gaat die klant dan op zoek naar de producten die deze noden vervullen? Via welke weg komen klanten naar product&nbsp;X? Op basis van inzichten uit Google-analyses, maar ook oefeningen met klanten, kunnen we zowel categorie\u00ebn als producten beter omschrijven.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opportuniteiten detecteren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Verkoopdata van de fysieke winkels zeggen immers niet alles: producten die een betere plek in de schappen krijgen, verkopen doorgaans beter, zeker in grote winkels zoals die van AVA. &#8216;In-store&#8217; analyses filteren dat onvoldoende uit. Door zoekgedrag te analyseren, achterhaal je wat er in de toekomst zou kunnen werken. \u201cEn als je producten omschrijft op de manier waarop klanten ernaar op zoek gaan, heb je op vlak van SEO een gigantische streep voor. Op basis van opportuniteiten die we online gedetecteerd hebben zijn er ook al producten toegevoegd of verwijderd in de winkels.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor die analyses doet AVA een beroep op &#8216;performance marketing&#8217;-bureau Hybrid. \u201cNormaal zou je zo\u2019n agentschap pas betrekken bij het opzetten van de campagnes, maar wij halen hen al eerder aan boord, en dat heeft ons veel opgeleverd de voorbije jaren.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De war for talent samen winnen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe zijn bij AVA mee aan boord gekomen toen de webshop op het punt van lancering stond, nog voor de eerste lockdowns\u201d, zegt Bart De Ceulaer van Hybrid. \u201cDe retailer had toen slechts \u00e9\u00e9n persoon op digitale marketing. Het is voor een retailer niet altijd evident om vier \u00e0 vijf specialisten aan te trekken en te houden. En die mensen moeten dan ook nog bij blijven met de snel veranderende materie. Kijk naar de recente impact van AI, bijvoorbeeld. Wij zijn een aanvulling op het interne team. Er is een sterke wisselwerking, we leren van elkaar.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het aantrekken en ontwikkelen van talent is een grote uitdaging voor retailers. Het hybride \u2018team as a service\u2019-model van Hybrid ontzorgt hen op dat vlak: \u201cMisschien willen er mensen van ons wel een tijdje volledig in huis werken bij AVA, gefocust op \u00e9\u00e9n merk. Omgekeerd hebben mensen van AVA op een bepaald moment mogelijk nood aan andere expertises of een nieuwe uitdaging. Zo kunnen we meer carri\u00e8repaden aanbieden. Die vraag kregen we ook al van andere retailers. We kunnen de <em>war for talent<\/em> samen winnen!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laatste tickets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Op het RetailDetail Congress, op 20&nbsp;april in Antwerpen, komen Laurens Sanders en Bart De Ceulaer meer vertellen over hun nauwe samenwerking en wat die allemaal oplevert.
