{"id":7712,"date":"2014-12-13T14:58:23","date_gmt":"2014-12-13T14:58:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/food\/colruyt-group-ontkent-belastingvlucht-luxemburg\/"},"modified":"2014-12-13T14:58:23","modified_gmt":"2014-12-13T14:58:23","slug":"colruyt-group-ontkent-belastingvlucht-luxemburg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/colruyt-group-ontkent-belastingvlucht-luxemburg\/","title":{"rendered":"Colruyt Group ontkent belastingvlucht via Luxemburg"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>&#8220;Miljarden verhuisd naar Luxemburg&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Volgens De Tijd heeft Colruyt Group onlangs <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tijd.be\/politiek_economie\/belgie_economie\/Colruyt_zet_miljarden_euro_s_in_Luxemburg.9578576-3148.art\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">miljarden verhuisd naar Luxemburg<\/a>: &#8220;Zowel het financieringsbedrijf (1,16 miljard euro waard) van de hele Colruyt-groep als het vastgoedimperium (1,22 miljard euro) van de groep valt nu onder een Luxemburgs bedrijf dat tot voor kort een adres deelde met 1.300 andere Luxemburgse bedrijven&#8221;, schrijft de krant. &#8220;Tijdens LuxLeaks bleek dat adres <a href=\"nl\/belgie\/algemeen\/item\/20436-luxleaks-brengt-nu-ook-enkele-retailers-in-opspraak\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">een van de meest gebruikte postbussen<\/a> te zijn voor fiscale constructies via het Groothertogdom.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De krant noemt meteen ook bedragen: &#8220;In de jongste jaarrekening van Colruyts Luxemburgse miljardenbedrijf is sprake van 87,8 miljoen euro winst en een belasting van 4.972 euro. Dit jaar heeft Colruyt via de Luxemburgse constructie ook nog eens 730 miljoen euro winst uit Belgi\u00eb via een belastingvrij dividend naar Luxemburg gebracht.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>&#8220;Optimalisatie, geen ontduiking&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Marc Hofman, de financieel directeur van de Colruyt-groep, bevestigt in het artikel het bestaan van belastingdeals met de Luxemburgse \u00e9n de Belgische fiscus: &#8220;We zijn niet beschaamd om te zeggen dat we aan fiscale optimalisatie doen. We doen dat om te vermijden dat onze globale belastingvoet boven 30% stijgt.&#8221; Hij voegt er meteen aan toe dat de dividenden die naar Luxemburg vloeien, dienen om &#8220;de groei van\u2008Colruyt in Luxemburg van drie naar acht winkels te financieren&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;De groep <a href=\"http:\/\/www.colruytgroup.be\/nl\/nieuws\/colruyt-group-%C3%A9%C3%A9n-van-de-grootste-belastingbetalers-%C3%A9n-%C3%A9%C3%A9n-van-de-sterkste-investeerders\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ontkent ten stelligste elke insinuatie of beschuldiging<\/a> dat ze belastingen zou ontduiken of illegale belastingconstructies zou hebben opgezet,&#8221; reageert Colruyt in een perscommuniqu\u00e9. De groep heeft naar eigen zeggen een jaarlijkse effectieve belastingdruk van ongeveer 30%, wat over de voorbije drie jaar meer dan 400 miljoen euro aan vennootschapsbelastingen betekende. Daarbovenop betaalt de groep jaarlijks nog eens meer dan 700 miljoen euro aan andere belastingen en bijdragen aan de sociale zekerheid.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Daarmee is Colruyt Group \u00e9\u00e9n van de grootste belastingbetalers in Belgi\u00eb. De Luxemburgse structuren waarover sprake in de pers, zullen hier de komende jaren weinig aan veranderen. De titel in de krant De Tijd dat &#8216;Colruyt nu ook gegarandeerd de laagste belastingfactuur&#8217; zal hebben, is dus manifest verkeerd&#8221;, aldus nog het
