Daarover zitten de directie en de vakbonden vandaag samen op een nieuwe ondernemingsraad. Net daags na de nationale betoging\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ook een franchisekwestie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De directie van Mestdagh roept vandaag een nieuwe buitengewone ondernemingsraad bijeen om een stand van zaken te geven over de overname van de vroegere Carrefour-supermarkten door Intermarch\u00e9. De eerste golf van heropeningen onder de Intermarch\u00e9-vlag is inmiddels een feit, maar wat valt nu verder te verwachten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vooral voor de medewerkers in de 51 ge\u00efntegreerde winkels die nu onder franchise komen, kunnen de gevolgen groot zijn. Het gaat in totaal om iets meer dan 2.000 werknemers. Het personeel klaagt echter over een gebrek aan informatie: wanneer en hoe zullen hun winkels verzelfstandigen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nog niet klaar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We zijn dus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/economie\/entreprises-startup\/2023\/05\/23\/la-direction-de-mestdagh-convoque-un-nouveau-conseil-dentreprise-ce-mardi-LG5RMBMRDBFU7OASZM6KS24J3U\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nog lang niet klaar<\/a> met een informatieve overlegfase, terwijl de werkgever de toekomstige kopers al lijkt te willen aankondigen&#8221;, zeggen de bonden aan Belga. In een eerder overleg vroegen de medewerkers harde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/opnieuw-stakingen-bij-mestdagh-intermarche-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">garanties voor het behoud van hun loon- en arbeidsvoorwaarden<\/a>, net zoals bij <strong>Delhaize<\/strong>, maar er werd geen akkoord bereikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zeker na de betogingsdag maandag is het nog maar de vraag of de vakbonden met getrokken zwaarden of net gekalmeerd op het appel zullen verschijnen.
