Nog belangrijker is dat online boodschappen klanten aantrekken en loyaler maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klantenmagneet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De markt voor onlineboodschappen verandert nog veel sneller dan gedacht, zegt Ahold Delhaize-CEO Frans Muller aan het FD. De retailer wil zich concentreren op klanten die de online bestelde boodschappen komen oppikken in de winkels: daarop zijn de winstmarges immers hoger dan bij thuisbezorgen. Onder andere om die reden heeft het concern recent zijn New Yorkse online boodschappendienst <strong>FreshDirect<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/ahold-delhaize-verkoopt-freshdirect-aan-getir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">verkocht aan <strong>Getir<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E-commerce moet voor Ahold Delhaize in&nbsp;2025 winstgevend zijn, zegt Muller, maar hij voegt eraan toe dat winst maken met online boodschappen geen doel op zich is: \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/fd.nl\/bedrijfsleven\/1498758\/ahold-delhaize-ceo-muller-vindt-vooral-uitbreiding-in-zuiden-van-vs-interessant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Een heel belangrijke functie van e-commerce is om die klanten naar je toe te halen, loyaler te krijgen<\/a>\u201d. Zo kan online de winstgevendheid vergroten.
