Vanaf vandaag, 20 oktober, is daarom een vernieuwde versie beschikbaar met onder meer een registratiesysteem en memoblok.<\/p>\n<h2>Consument doet boodschappen mobiel<\/h2>\n<p>De applicatie voor iPhone en Android van Colruyt laat klanten toe hun boodschappenlijstje mobiel op te stellen en daarna rechtstreeks een reservatie te plaatsen via Colruyts Collect&amp;Go-systeem. Daarmee was Colruyt de eerste Belgische supermarktketen die mobiel bestellen mogelijk maakte. Al <a href=\"nl\/belgie\/food\/item\/13046-mobiel-shoppen-bij-delhaize-met-vernieuwde-iphone-app\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">verbeterde Delhaize eerder deze maand zijn retailapp<\/a> om hetzelfde mogelijk te maken met <strong>Delhaize Direct<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\nMobiele applicaties maken snel hun opgang in de retailwereld. \u201cDe groeiende populariteit van smartphones verandert de manier waarop klanten hun boodschappen doen. Collect&amp;Go-klanten \u2013 voornamelijk tweeverdieners met kinderen \u2013 kiezen zo voor nog meer tijdswinst en effici\u00ebntie\u201d, weet Pieter Ceuleers, afdelingschef van Collect&amp;Go.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cDe downloadcijfers zijn duidelijk: de Collect&amp;Go-app is geen gadget. Wekenlang was hij de populairste gratis applicatie op de App Store. Vier procent van de reservaties gebeurt nu via smartphone en de reacties zijn heel positief\u201d, aldus nog Ceuleers.<\/p>\n<h2>Colruytapp V2.0<\/h2>\n<p>Mede dankzij suggesties van gebruikers heeft Colruyt na amper vier maanden een tweede versie van de app ontwikkeld om het winkelen nog effici\u00ebnter te laten verlopen. Zo kunnen nieuwe klanten zich vanaf nu rechtstreeks via de applicatie registreren, eventueel door de getrouwheidskaart van Colruyt te scannen.<\/p>\n<p>\nEen andere vernieuwing is het memoblok, dat Colruyt omschrijft als de digitale versie van de Collect&amp;Go-Post-its, voor \u201cwanneer de klant weinig tijd heeft of wanneer de smartphone geen bereik heeft\u201d. Ook kon Colruyt niet achterblijven op het gebied van geolocalisatie.
