Conclusie? \u2018<em>Nudging<\/em>\u2019 werkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Label te weinig bekend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumenten staan doorgaans positief tegenover biologische voeding, maar zien vooral de hogere prijs als een drempel. Toch blijkt uit marktonderzoek van GfK dat het prijsverschil tussen veel bioproducten en gangbare producten kleiner werd tussen 2021 en 2023. Bovendien zijn shoppers zich vaak niet bewust van de voordelen van bio, zoals duurzaamheid, beter dierenwelzijn en teelt zonder chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slechts 45% van de Vlaamse consumenten herkent het biolabel, blijkt uit onderzoek van iVox. Daarmee ligt de bekendheid van het logo in Vlaanderen een stuk onder het Europese gemiddelde van 61%. Nochtans zegt 82% van de ondervraagden aandacht te besteden aan ethische normen van hun aankopen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Nederland is de helft van de ondervraagden bekend met het Europees biologisch keurmerk volgens onderzoek van I&amp;O.
