De groei wordt gedreven door de dertig \u201cpower brands\u201d die 75% van de omzet vertegenwoordigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Europa hinkt achterop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In het eerste kwartaal van dit jaar steeg de omzet van Unilever met&nbsp;4,4% naar 15&nbsp;miljard euro. De verkochte volumes namen met&nbsp;2,2% toe: die tweede volumegroei op rij is goed nieuws voor het bedrijf, dat de afgelopen jaren vooral de omzet opkrikte met stevige prijsverhogingen. In Europa blijven de volumes w\u00e9l dalen, met name door zwakke prestaties van de voedingsdivisie in Duitsland en Nederland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De dertig topmerken, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/actieplan-moet-unilever-weer-op-koers-zetten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">waarop CEO Hein Schumacher sterker wil inzetten<\/a>, kenden een omzetgroei van&nbsp;6,1% &#8211; daarvan kwam 3,8% door volumegroei. Zoals bekend gaat de multinational <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/unilever-gaat-ben-jerrys-en-magnum-afsplitsen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zijn ijsjesdivisie afstoten<\/a>, met bekende merken als Magnum en Ben &amp; Jerry\u2019s.
