De supermarktgroep wil tussen 2025\u00a0en\u00a02028 jaarlijks 4% netto-omzetgroei blijven halen, en ook de beoogde operationele marge ligt op\u00a04%. Hoe dat moet lukken? Vooral dankzij in totaal vijf miljard euro aan besparingen, drie miljard euro uit nieuwe inkomstenbronnen en dertig miljoen maandelijkse onlinegebruikers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CEO Frans Muller zet niet de klant centraal in de nieuwe strategie, maar kiest bewust voor een \u201cmulti-<em>stakeholder<\/em>aanpak\u201d. Ahold Delhaize gaat daarom voor getrouwheidsapps, digitale content en meer dan 80% verkopen met de (digitale) klantenkaart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De klantenkaartdata is namelijk van groot belang voor de \u201caanvullende inkomstenstromen\u201d die Ahold Delhaize wil laten groeien tot ongeveer drie miljard euro in&nbsp;2028. De Zaandammers willen retailmedia en -data vermarkten en nieuwe bedrijfsmodellen ontwikkelen, zowel op B2B- als B2C-gebied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vernieuwing in de VS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In de eigen winkels moeten eigen merken alvast goed worden voor&nbsp;45% &#8211; niet van het totale assortiment maar van alle winkelomzet. Dat de prijsperceptie tegelijk moet verbeteren, begrijpt de supermarktgroep. Intern blijft Ahold Delhaize daarom besparen: tussen 2025&nbsp;en&nbsp;2028 wil de groep vijf miljard euro saneren met gezamenlijke inkoop, door AI en automatisering, maar ook door het \u201cbedrijfsmodel te vereenvoudigen\u201d &#8211; herstructureringen dus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPortfolio excellence\u201d is een belangrijk onderdeel van het vernieuwde plan, aldus Muller, die hint op zowel overnames als verkopen. In de Verenigde Staten hernieuwt de focus op <strong>Food Lion<\/strong> en <strong>Hannaford<\/strong>, terwijl ook <strong>Stop &amp; Shop<\/strong> nieuw leven in wordt geblazen. Duizend winkels worden verbouwd, naast de opening van nieuwe supermarkten. In Europa ziet afscheidnemend topman Wouter Kolk nieuwe groeikansen in de regio Centraal- en Zuidoost-Europa, mede via overnames zoals die van <strong>Profi<\/strong> in Roemeni\u00eb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ahold Delhaize heeft een nieuwe strategie klaar.
