Zo &#8220;doen de categoriemanagers de nodige<br \/>\nexpertise op om de leveranciers van A-merken te confronteren met onze<br \/>\ninterne gegevens&#8221;, klinkt het bij Delhaize. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Colruyt positioneert zich<br \/>\n&#8220;niet agressief&#8221; inzake huismerken en geeft aan op middellange termijn<br \/>\nzijn huismerken te rationaliseren, lees transparanter te maken, &#8220;erover<br \/>\nwakend dat we het imago van die producten niet naar beneden halen&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Voor<br \/>\n Carrefour is het verhogen van het marktaandeel van zijn huismerken<br \/>\ndaarentegen een prioriteit: &#8220;Daarom hebben we speciale teams<br \/>\nsamengesteld die nauw samenwerken met de categoriemanagers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Strategie tegenover categoriemanagers <\/h3>\n<p>Bij Carrefour zijn de <strong>categoriemanagers<\/strong> verantwoordelijk voor een<br \/>\nproductgroep en staan ze in voor de inkoop, de samenstelling van het<br \/>\nassortiment en het vastleggen van een promotieplan. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Delhaize werkt<br \/>\nzowel met categoriemanagers (verantwoordelijk voor een ruimer<br \/>\nproductassortiment) als met inkopers (die meestal minder ervaring<br \/>\nhebben). <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bij Colruyt zijn de inkopers vandaag ook categoriemanagers,<br \/>\nmaar in de toekomst worden die functies opgesplitst en zullen inkopers<br \/>\ndeel uitmaken van de afdeling inkoop en categoriemanagers van de<br \/>\nafdeling marketing.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategie tegenover bonussen <\/h3>\n<p>Qua verloning berust het variabele deel van het loon bij Delhaize op kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve criteria, terwijl Colruyt geen individuele bonussen uitkeert maar enkel een collectieve bonus, afhankelijk van het resultaat.
